Lakshya Foods was founded in Jind with a simple idea — make ghee, khoya, paneer and dahi the way it was made in Haryanvi homes. Slowly, steadily, without shortcuts.
Within a decade, Lakshya dairy products were reaching homes and mithai shops across Haryana, Chandigarh, Himachal Pradesh and Punjab.
In September 2018, we asked ourselves a question: why not make the mithai ourselves, using our own milk, in our own kitchen? That's how Lakshya Sweets & Bakery was born on District Shopping Centre, Jind.
Today, #UrbanFood — our multi-cuisine family restaurant — sits right above the sweet shop. Three kitchens, one family, one promise: only the good stuff ever leaves our counter.

Nothing sits overnight. Sweets, breads and cakes are made on the same day they're sold. What you see on the counter this evening was made this morning.
Our Bengali counter is run by karigars trained in Kolkata. Our laddus are rolled by hand. There is no factory shortcut in a well-made mithai — and we don't take any.
